Finsad Oy company was founded on the 23rd of March 2004 in Helsinki, Finland. The Company´s main objective was to provide Russian mining companies with machinery, equipment and spare parts from Europe ans Scandinavia.

Due to Finsad Oy´s dynamic growth and to conquering of new markets, a new company Finmairs Oy was founded on the 17th of April 2006. Finmairs Oy´s purpose was the development of new markets and new product range. Active growth of the Russian market in 2005, 2006 and 2007 required the formation of Russian subdivisions to work with clients in the North- West region of Russia and providing maintenance service.

In June 2006 the Management of Finsad Oy decided to establish a new company "Evrotechnika" LLC in Petrozavodsk, Karelia to provide our clients in Russia with delivery and customs clearance of machinery, equipment and spare parts.

In November 2006 the company "Evronerudproekt" LLC was founded to provide such services as Program Development, Investment Proposals and Business Plans for mining companies being under construction, reconstruction or modernization.

In May 2007 company "Evrotechservice" was founded at the RMZ (Repair and Mechanical Plant) in Petrozavodsk,Karelia to provide maintenance and repair services for supplied equipment and machinery.

In 2009 it was decided to optimize the operations of all Russian companies included in the FINSAD Group Oy and forming them into one company "Evrotechnika" LLC.
Today company “Evrotechnika” not only provides a full range of services associated with the supply of spare parts and equipment but also offers warranty and post-warranty repair of equipment and provides services in the selection of equipment for new and already existing fields, as well as providing customs and logistics services .
Eventually FINSAD Oy was renamed to FINSAD Group Oy and a group of companies FINSAD Group Oy was established.
Today FINSAD Group Oy and FINMAIRS Oy are succesfull suppliers of machinery, equipment, spare parts and wear parts for mining industry in Russia, Finland, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Sweden, South Africa, England and Europe.
FINSAD Group Oy group has currently offices and branches in Finland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belgium, China and England.
We can responsibly say that we are a rapidly developing company with secure and leading positions on the world market. For many years we have proved to be reliable partners for the largest mining companies.
Merits and awsrds
During the years of operations Finsad Group Oy has been rewarded multiple times. The city of Helsinki has awarded our company with “Company of the Month” award in April 2008, the company was also awarded with “The Strongest in Finland” certificate in 2011.
The certificate was again issued to FINSAD Group in 2013.
Company Finmairs Oy being a part of FINSAD Group Oy was awarded with a highest grade – “AAA” certificate of being the most reliable company withing financial obligations in 2012. The grading was awarded by Soliditet the leading Northern Countries Agency.
